Tanner responded quickly and with understanding, he was able to squeeze me in the day I contacted him for service! I dropped my car off with him and picked it up the next day with it looking (and more importantly smelling) like new! He gave a 30-day guarantee for any stains that may reappear and didn't hesitate when I asked to bring it in a week later to get a spot redone. He was friendly and professional, I'll be bringing my SUV to him too!
